JUNIOR TALENT MANAGER
We are looking for a Junior Talent manager to join our influencer marketing & talent management agency, working with our rapidly growing roster of influencers.
· Commission based role

· Offices in Camden, 3 minute walk from Camden Underground Station
· 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays/National Holidays

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITES
· Proactive brand outreach for partnerships, including suggesting appropriate talent for campaigns to deliver objectives
· End-to-end management of commercial partnerships
· Full and complete management of talent, catering communication for each talent when necessary
· Attend both in personal and virtual meetings/talent catch ups
· Email management for multiple accounts – keeping inbox up to date
· Identify and bring on new talent signings, for you to manage
· Manage and seeing through deliverables and terms for partnerships; including fee negotiation, drafting, creation of content meets brand briefs
· Gathering analytics and insights to share with brands post campaign
· Strategise and plan with your talent, supporting their career development and goals
· Understand and reviewing contract terms with brands on behalf of content creators
· Maintain upkeep of personal spreadsheets to track partnerships
· Daily communication with talent, organising their calendars to ensure posting dates are met.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Minimum 6 months experience in talent management
· Strong communication via email to both brands and talents.
· Excellent verbal, and collaboration skills
· Good time management to ensure submit/posting dates reached
· Confident telephone communication with brands, agencies, and talents.
· A personable and professional
· Self-motivated and keen to learn attitude
· Strong understanding of using Google Drive for document management and file sharing
· Having connections with brands and influencers is necessary.
